Cup sizing applies to padded styles only. Lace, Everyday Cotton, and Net Bras use band size only — choose your band size as usual.
Too tight
Band rides up at the back, straps dig in, cups overflow. Go up one band size.
Too loose
Band gaps away from body, cups wrinkle, no lift. Go down one band size.
Perfect fit
Band sits flat all around. Cups contain fully. Straps stay put without digging.
Before you measure
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and the narrowest part of your natural waist. Keep the tape snug but not tight, over bare skin.

Padded Bra Sets include a matching panty. If you are between sizes, size up for comfort — our fabrics have natural give.
Between sizes?
Always size up. One size up feels comfortable, not oversized, thanks to the stretch fabric.
Sets sizing
Choose your bra size first. The matching panty in each set corresponds to the waist/hip chart above.
Free size — one size fits most
Our Short Tanks comfortably fit UK/PK sizes 6–14 (bust 80–100 cm, waist 60–80 cm). The stretchy fabric and relaxed silhouette give generous room across sizes.

| Bust | 80–100 cm | ~56 cm (stretches to 100+) |
| Waist | 60–80 cm | ~50 cm |

Gentle machine wash
30°C or below. Use a mesh laundry bag to protect lace and padding.
Hand wash preferred
For padded bras and sets, hand wash in cool water with mild detergent for best results.
No bleach
Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they break down elastic fibres over time.
Dry in shade
Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
No ironing
Do not iron padded cups or lace panels. Light steam from a distance is fine for cotton styles.
Storage
Store bras with cups nested, not folded flat — this preserves cup shape over time.
| Product | Wash method | Water temp | Drying |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lace Bras | Hand wash / mesh bag | Cold (≤30°C) | Flat, shade |
| Everyday Cotton Bras | Machine or hand | Warm (≤40°C) | Hang, shade |
| Net Bras | Hand wash only | Cold (≤30°C) | Flat, shade |
| Padded Bras | Hand wash preferred | Cold (≤30°C) | Flat, shade |

Following these care instructions will extend the life of your garment and maintain shape, colour, and elasticity for much longer.
How to measure yourself
Under-bustWrap tape firmly around your ribcage, just beneath your bust. Keep it level and snug.
Full bustMeasure around the fullest part of your chest, tape parallel to the floor.
WaistFind the narrowest point of your torso, usually 2–3 cm above your navel.
HipsStand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
Tips for accuracy
Use a soft tape measure over bare skin. Keep it snug — not tight. You should be able to slip one finger underneath. Take each measurement twice and use the larger number.
No tape measure?
Use a piece of string, then lay it against a ruler to get the length in cm.
