Where We Ship

We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Lahore: 1–2 business days Other major cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 business days Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp. Charges may vary based on location and order size.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery. Nuvera is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information provided at the time of order.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date with your order details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
