Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With all tags attached and original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or screenshot)

Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear and panties cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotion
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Panties and sets (hygiene policy)

Exchange Policy

We offer size or color exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at 0343-6897188 with your order details and photos of the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via bank transfer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
