Welcome to Nuvera. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Nuvera is a women's lingerie and undergarments brand based in Lahore, Pakistan. We sell through Instagram, WhatsApp, and our online store.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are confirmed only after payment is received or a COD arrangement is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Nuvera is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

6. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. If you receive an item significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours.

7. Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (including panties) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn. This policy exists for the safety of all customers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our store, Instagram, and WhatsApp — including photos, branding, copy, and design — belongs to Nuvera. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nuvera is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.
